Transparent Languages

Transparent Language Online provides a fun, effective, and engaging experience for learners of all levels looking to build their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in a foreign language.  Combining robust courses, supplemental vocabulary, extensive grammar resources, and mobile apps, Transparent Language Online is the most complete language-learning system. Creating a Library Collection Account:

  • Click on the link for Transparent Languages above.
  • Click on “Register” in the upper right-hand corner
  • Follow the instructions to create your account. You will need your library card number.

“Checking Out” Transparent Language

  • Click on the red checkout button to access Transparent Laguages.
  • You can also find the link under the main menu (the three lines in the upper left-hand corner). Click on Education. Click on Transparent Laguages.
  • Once you click Checkout, click on the popup that says Access.
  • Accept the polcies.
  • Choose a language and get started.

Amish Author: Reynold Kremer

Many people enjoy the friendly shops, craft stores, restaurants and overall homey feeling they get when they visit Amish communities located throughout the country. Join us as author, Reynold Kremer, gives us insights into the fascinating world of the Amish, Hutterites and Old Order Mennonites. His talk will provide information about their Anabaptist history, their family lives and their religion.

The Monarch Library System is providing library card holders an opportunity to engage in meaningful learning through Gale Courses. This robust online resource provides access to over 360 classes on multiple topics of interest, including career training programs.
